Ilya and Nina came highly recommended by friends—and that started a long succession of raves. They did an absolutely marvelous job transforming our apartment from a total dump into our forever home, and we've since led all of our friends to their work. Everyone has been ecstatic over the results. Their team is kind and courteous; they're communicative and collaborative. They listened when we had strong feelings and they were vocal in areas where we felt less comfortable weighing in. Dream teammates. I never want to leave this apartment—but if we do, we'll certainly be working with I&N again.

They completed a full renovation for our condo including a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, full flooring, lighting, doors/walls/baseboards and minor layout adjustments. (8) Able to pivot, troubleshoot and deal with Condo Boards, NYC DOB and anything unexpected. They were so communicative - I knew they would never ghost us (which is always a worry on a big project). They helped us make design decisions, offered recommendations, but let us do our thing. They also returned to fix any outstanding issues even after the project was technically complete. Definitely will call them for all future projects. We love our 'new' place!

I&N Builders beautifully renovated our apartment. We have a prewar apartment and we wanted to keep the character while modernizing the layout and function. I&N totally succeeded. We moved walls and replaced most surfaces, but it does not look like a soulless box, nor does it have any of the weird compromises you sometimes see in the renovations of old apartments. I&N found a great solution for every problem we encountered. Now I walk in and am delighted instead of dejected. Love it!
